Order Questions

When will my order ship?

After verifying your payment, processing and shipping your order takes up to 24 hours, this does not include weekends or holidays. You can expect delivery within 3-6 business days. You should receive an email with tracking info once your item has shipped. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Contact us at info@chlorocare.com and we will replace those items.

Can I cancel/amend my order?

Orders can be canceled if requested promptly after purchase, provided that payment has been completed and the parcel has not been shipped.Once the parcel has been shipped, orders cannot be canceled.For any questions or assistance, please contact us at info@chlorocare.com.

Where is my refund?

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient. It may take time before your bank posts your refund.

Do I need to pay any cost for returns or exchanges?

If returns or exchanges occur due to product quality issues, all costs will be covered by Chlorocare.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship to the United States. Orders are shipped from local warehouses within the US. We hope to expand to other countries soon.

Do you ship to PO BOXES?

Sorry, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience.
